Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly Membership Enrollment is available on a monthly basis only. Single class bookings are not available. 2. Payment Terms Full monthly payment is required before the start of each month to secure your child’s place in the group. Membership guarantees a reserved spot in the class. 3. Attendance The monthly fee includes all scheduled classes within that month. If you prefer your child to attend only certain days per week instead of all scheduled classes, this must be discussed directly with the coach. 4. Missed Classes Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. No credits will be issued for absences. 5. Cancellation Policy A minimum of 7 days written notice is required to cancel the upcoming month’s membership. No mid-month cancellations or refunds will be provided. 6. General Policy The studio reserves the right to update policies when necessary. By enrolling, parents agree to all studio policies.
